1. Basic Plan
plan This plan has periodic visits where a specialized technician reviews the operation of the equipment and also general cleaning, small paint touch-ups and tests according to the check-list.
2. Plus Plan
Same scope as the basic plan with an additional three visits during the term of the contract for eventual corrective maintenance and up to 10% of the total value of the contract for use in replacement parts. In this plan, the response time of the technical assistance is up to 24 hours from the call.
